The Springs Preserve buildings are among the most "green" in the nation. The Preserve implemented design and construction techniques that follow guidelines created by the U.S. Green Building Council to ensure energy savings, water efficiency, carbon dioxide emission reduction, indoor environmental quality and resource stewardship.
The Preserve buildings have met platinum Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements.
The ORIGEN Experience, Guest Services building and the five buildings that comprise the Desert Living Center all incorporate environmental and sustainable design standards, construction techniques and building materials.
