Trash to Treasure: The Sculptures of Dave Thompson
Found-object artist Dave Thompson is the ultimate recycler: He finds discarded items -- often metal -- and transforms them into whimsical works of art.
Thompson -- who has taken "Best in Show" in our Scavenger Scarecrow contest several times -- will be the first artist to kick off our Gardens Art program at the Springs Preserve. Take a stroll through the Gardens to see what hidden treasures await you.
