Las Vegas, NV - It's nice to enjoy a night out without your kids every once in a while. Parents will have that opportunity when the Springs Preserve hosts its first kids-only "Night at the Museum" event, Saturday, Aug. 14, from 6-10 p.m.

For $25 per child ages 5 to 12, parents can drop their kids off at the Springs Preserve for a safe night of entertainment and activities supervised by the trained professionals of the Preserve's youth education staff. The evening will include a Disney movie and a guided scavenger hunt. Kids will also have full access to all interactive games and exhibits in the Springs Preserve's Origen Experience, including the outdoor animal exhibits. Snacks and a pizza dinner will be served to all kids in attendance. Parents get four hours for themselves knowing that their kids are enjoying a safe, wholesome environment in which they can laugh, play and simply enjoy being kids.

The registration deadline is Aug. 12 and only 120 spots are available for this event on a first come, first served basis.
