To view the web cam you must have the Java™ plug-in installed on your browser. You can install it by choosing the '"install Java™" option in the browser window or by going directly to Sun's Web site: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
To start the camera, click the Start Control button, shown below:
If someone is already using the camera the button will appear red and you will have to wait until the countdown timer is done for your turn.
Once you have control of the camera you can:

To take a still picture from the current camera location, click on the small camera icon
at the bottom-left of the viewport. Your snapshot will open in a new window.
To save this image you can either move your mouse over the image and choose Save this image (shown below) or right-click (Mac: CTRL + click) on the photo and choose Save Image As....

There are different preset camera locations for each camera angle. You can change the camera location by clicking on the dropdown menu box under the photo. You must have control of the camera to view the presets and change the locations.

To view the video with larger dimensions, click the "Switch to large view" link on the top-left of the page. Return to the smaller view by clicking the "Switch to normal view" link.
To make the picture brighter, click on the
icon.
The panoramic view allows you to view a still photo of the camera's entire viewable area. Launch the panoramic viewing window by clicking on the button shown below:
When someone else has control of the camera, a blue frame will show the area currently in the viewport. When you have control over the camera, the frame will turn yellow.
Once you have control over the camera , you can quickly go to specific areas within the viewport by dragging the yellow rectangle. The camera will move to the newly selected area. You can also zoom in and out by moving your mouse over the borders of the frame. Drag the frame bigger and smaller to adjust the zoom.

The new location picture will appear in the main picture window:
