Springs Cafe

In addition to catering services, the Springs Cafe by the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas offers a full-service restaurant available to meeting and tour attendees. Indoor/outdoor seating at the Springs Cafe overlooks the Crossroads Commons Amphitheater and boasts unmatched views of both the Preserve and the Las Vegas skyline. The menu available at Springs Cafe offers selections made with fresh, organic and sustainable ingredients.

About the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas

Formed in 1993, the nonprofit Culinary Academy of Las Vegas is one of the country's leading culinary and hospitality training centers. In addition to joining the Springs Preserve, the Culinary Academy also owns and operates Westside Bistro, a local, full-service cafe, and was recently selected as the exclusive caterer for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
