Rules and Guidelines

For the safety of guests, plants and wildlife,
it is important to remain on the designated
paths.

Audio/Visual Equipment

All audio/visual equipment and supplies for meetings and receptions must be ordered and paid for in advance. No refunds are issued for unused equipment. A/V equipment and supply rates are based on per-day usage.

Cancellation Policy – Group Tours

Springs Preserve must be notified of group tour cancellation a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled tour or the full deposit is forfeited.

Chaperones

Youth groups require a chaperone ratio of one chaperone per 10 children. Chaperones are responsible for the behavior of the group and must be with the group at all times. Please designate a meeting time and place at the end of your tour.

Decorations

In our effort to promote an eco-friendly environment, we ask that all decorations receive prior approval by the Springs Preserve event coordinator.

Deposit and Payments

The space will be tentatively booked pending receipt of a 25 percent deposit of the estimated total bill and the signed Group Agreement. No reservation will be considered definite until the group has received written confirmation of the reservation from the Springs Preserve. The Springs Preserve accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, business checks or money orders as payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, the Springs Preserve shall be responsible for making the decision whether to close the facility.

Promotional Materials

All promotional materials, including invitations, signage and other media promotions must be submitted to the Springs Preserve for pre-approval prior to distribution.

Safety

For the safety of our guests, plants and wildlife, we ask that you remain on the designated paths. We suggest sun protection, insect repellent, plenty of fluids and appropriate walking shoes during your visit to the Springs Preserve. Please be considerate by leaving plants and wildlife behind for others to enjoy.

Smoking Policy

Springs Preserve is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Pets

With the exception of service animals trained to assist or accommodate a person with a disability, pets are not allowed at the Springs Preserve to ensure wildlife is not disturbed and to protect the archeological artifacts on the site.

Miscellaneous

Bikes, skateboards, scooters, dirt bikes, four-wheelers or other recreational vehicles will not be allowed on the property of the Springs Preserve.
