Library

Located adjacent to the Gift Shop (directly below the Springs Cafe), the Springs Preserve Library offers a tranquil and inspiring location to study a variety of topics.

The Springs Preserve Library is an affiliate of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District, and the library's catalog is searchable via the LVCCLD's website.

Though it is a non-circulating library, visitors can peruse selections from our collection at any of the Library's workstations or reading tables.

In addition to hundreds of books, the Springs Preserve Library also offers a variety of audiovisual materials, as well as guest-accessible computers and a specialized area catering to young readers. As well, you'll find samples of eco-friendly home design and construction materials, including flooring, countertops and more.

Library Topics Include:

  • Mojave Desert ecology, flora and fauna
  • Sustainable architecture
  • Wildlife
  • Archaeology
  • History of the Southwest
  • Nonprofit management and museum studies
