Buy your print-at-home tickets online and avoid standing in line. General Admission tickets include entrance to the Gardens, Trails, ORIGEN Experience and Desert Living Center. Prices do not include admission to concerts, performances or special events.

Entrance to the gardens and trails at the Springs Preserve is free to the public, however you must obtain a ticket to enter. You must obtain gardens and trails tickets from the Preserve when you visit; you cannot order them online.
The Preserve is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., daily. Trails close at dusk.
Purchase your tickets online and print your tickets at home to avoid standing in line when you arrive at the Preserve. A color or black-and-white printer is acceptable. Bring the tickets to the Preserve and present them at the main admission area.
These are actual tickets and not vouchers so keep them in a safe place as you would money or regular tickets. Tickets are good for 90 days from the date of purchase. Large groups should contact Group Sales at (702) 822-7768 for special pricing and arrangements.
Adults who purchase a Nevada resident ticket need to show photo identification when they visit the Preserve.
The bar code on each print-at-home ticket allows for only one entry. If multiple copies of a ticket are made, the first ticket presented at the gate will allow entry to the Preserve. Other copies will not allow entry. If someone tries to sell you an online printed ticket, it may be an unauthorized copy. The Springs Preserve is not responsible for unauthorized duplication, lost or stolen tickets.
