In honor of Mother’s Day, the Springs Preserve will host a distinctive dining experience at the Springs Cafe by Wolfgang Puck on Sunday, May 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Live music from the Las Vegas Youth Orchestra as well as specialty and traditional brunch creations from our gourmet chefs will make it a Mother’s Day to remember. As an additionall way of saying "thank you" for sharing your Mother’s Day with us, those with a brunch receipt will receive a special discount coupon to our Gift Shop.
Brunch will feature a special Mother’s Day menu, including hand-carved roast beef, miso-soy glazed sole on lemongrass jasmine rice, classic eggs benedict with hollandaise, and a flourless chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. In addition to the breathtaking panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip from the Cafe’s balcony, guests can also enjoy the serenity of the Springs Preserve. The Preserve's museums, trails and gardens are open until 6 p.m.
Brunch prices are $39.95 for adults and $14.95 for children ages 4 to 12. Children 3 and under are free. All non-alcoholic beverages are included. For reservation information, please call (702) 822-7705.
