Don Davis
Don Davis is the former manager of Davis Nursery, which was opened by his parents Gary and Venna Davis in 1951 and is considered a landmark to the Las Vegas Valley. He served as director of horticulture for the Tropicana Hotel and Casino, and hosts “Out West Gardening with Don Davis,” a weekly gardening talk show that has been on the air for more than 23 years. His advice comes from years of gardening, nursery work, designing and teaching courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Davis has his own landscape and design company, Don Davis and Associates, where he provides landscape design and installation consultation.
