Board of Directors Treasurer Ellen Schulhofer is the managing shareholder of the Las Vegas law office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck (BHFS). She is responsible for the firm’s involvement, as local Nevada counsel or lead counsel, in numerous restructurings, mergers, stock and asset sales and acquisitions, and other complex transactions by both publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
