Volunteer Program

Special events are a popular and fun way to
help out at the Preserve.

Volunteers assist at special events, make guests feel welcome, help enrich our programs and beautify 180 acres of trails and gardens on the very grounds of the birthplace of Las Vegas. Select from one of these interest areas:

Group Projects

Spend a day or an afternoon as part of a corps of volunteers involved in special projects such as cleaning up our trails, restoring wetlands or planting in our Botanical Gardens. Volunteer opportunities are open to ages 14 and older, and offer a valuable experience to help fulfill community service requirements and enhance applications for jobs and college.

Special Events

Join the excitement and go behind the scenes to help out at our popular special events held throughout the year. If you're a people person or a weekend warrior, join our cast of volunteers and staff who work side-by-side to make our events memorable.
