This hands-on cooking class and culinary experience will liven up your kitchen and your palate with the quintessential cuisine of fresh, fun flavor: Greek and Mediterranean food fare!

You'll become a chef right alongside our professionals, with full access to a commercial kitchen as you learn to prepare a full menu, including tzatziki, avgolemono, hummus, Mediterranean grilled mezze, saganaki, pickled cheese, briam, spanakopita, dolmades, souvlaki, salt bake pescadero, baklava, and lemon yogurt cake.

Please note: this class is for ages 21+ only. Beer and wine is included.
