- 295,694 guests experienced all that the Springs Preserve has to offer
- 45,010 visitors enjoyed the company of hundreds of butterflies at our seasonal Butterfly Habitat
- 32,818 volunteer hours served
- 30,905 students attended field trips, live shows and activities
History & Archaeology
- 10,000 recovered artifacts which are curated in the Origen Museum
- 300 artifacts recovered this Spring during the CSN/UNLV Field School
- 5,000 year-old projectile points have been recovered
Sustainability
- 1,438 class attendees learned about watersmart landscaping for sustainable desert living
- 12,455 pounds of waste diverted from landfill to composting
- 789,628 KWH solar energy generated with solar panels
Education
- 4,987 Nature Exchange trades
- 1,876 students learned about desert plants in the Teaching Garden
- 638 kids attended camps
